DAY 1
We’ll pick you up from Medan, Kualanamu Airport, or your hotel and take you on a scenic drive to Bukit Lawang, a peaceful village on the edge of the rainforest. After meeting your guide, the rest of the day is yours to settle in. Wander through the village, sit by the river, or simply enjoy the calm surroundings before tomorrow’s adventure begins.
DAY 2
After breakfast, your rainforest journey begins. Walk beneath towering trees, cross small streams, and follow your local guide along hidden jungle trails. Keep your eyes open for orangutans, playful monkeys, colourfull birds, and other incredible wildlife that call Mount Leuser home. After a freshly prepared lunch in the forest, continue your trek before arriving at your campsite. As the sun sets, enjoy dinner surrounded by the sounds of the jungle and spend the night under a sky full of stars.
DAY 3
Wake up to the sounds of nature and enjoy breakfast before continuing your trek through the rainforest. Along the way, take in the final moments of your jungle adventure and enjoy lunch surrounded by untouched wilderness.
After a freshly prepared lunch in the forest, continue your trek before arriving at your campsite. As the sun sets, enjoy dinner surrounded by the sounds of the jungle and with bon fire.
DAY 4
Wake up to the sounds of nature and enjoy breakfast before continuing your trek through the rainforest. Along the way, take in the final moments of your jungle adventure and enjoy lunch surrounded by untouched wilderness.
To finish the experience, hop onto a traditional jungle tube and float down the river back to Bukit Lawang. It’s a fun and refreshing way to leave the forest.stay one more night at the accommodation in Bukit Lawang.
DAY 5
After breakfast, we’ll take you back to Kualanamu Airport or your hotel in Medan. We hope you’ll leave with more than just photos—bringing home unforgettable memories of Sumatra’s rainforest, its wildlife, and the people who made your journey special.
